Please join EmpowerNJ for our public Earth Day forum this week, Thursday, April 22 at 7 p.m., “Climate Justice in the Second Year of the Pandemic.” For the second year in a row, we won’t be able to engage in traditional Earth Day activism – come join us to learn about what we still can do!
Please RSVP and plan to join EmpowerNJ for our public Earth Day forum this Thursday, 4/22 at 7 p.m.!
EmpowerNJ leaders will present information and opportunities for public participation in the upcoming rulemaking for NJPACT, “Protecting Against Climate Threats,” a new regulatory reform effort that is supposed to cut greenhouse gas emissions and plan for climate resilience in NJ.
We will do an update on the various fossil fuel infrastructure fights in the state -- the good, the bad and the ugly -- which includes some of our victories, ongoing battles and zombie projects that all of you have allowed us to make progress on even amidst the pandemic.
